Your Future role

  • Creating and driving the strategic vision of community and social channel strategy;
  • Day-to-day management of a high-performing and fast-moving team;
  • Drive community influencers development programs;
  • Designing community systems (e.g., volunteer recruitment/onboarding, reward structures, engagement plans) that reward successful community organizers;
  • Translating product insights from community organizers to help product teams to improve;
  • Developing global expansion plans that navigate language and cultural differences to ensure healthy communities worldwide;
  • Identify and report on applicable media trends, tactics, and technologies while developing strategic recommendations that inform our communications programs;
  • Collaborating with analytics and social teams on key KPI’s to ensure community efforts are measurable and effective.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience of working in games, related media or entertainment marketing, PR, SMM, or community leadership role at a senior level;
  • Experience in community engagement and social channel management;
  • Experience implementing successful communications campaigns with passionate audiences;
  • Experience working across global markets;
  • Experience working with content creators, streamers, YouTubers, influencers, and/or creators;
  • Medium to big sized team leadership experience; providing mentoring and career development;
  • Experience of working at a strategic level, authoring and executing on a plan to objectives;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to all sizes of audience and levels of seniority;
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in approach, ability to problem solve and idea-generate;
  • Budget and resource management;
  • Data analytics experience;
  • Passion for social media and games.
