Your Future role

Responsibilities:

  • Target and reach out to new influencers on major video platforms to establish and maintain long-term partnerships and create unique content strategies.
  • Maintaining marketing campaigns with influencers on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook Gaming.
  • Deliver the targets for influencer placements in impressions, reach, registrations, and other applicable indices.
  • Review and respond to applications to the Content Creator Program.
  • Continually build relationships with influencers by regularly engaging across a variety of channels (Discord, Twitch, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align campaigns, product updates, and upcoming content. 
  • Inspire video Influencers by educating them about upcoming content and events to generate engaging branded content.
  • Maintain and update the influencer pipeline.
  • Track and analyse channels’ and campaigns’ performance, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

<span style="background-color: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Requirements:</span>

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Influencers and executing influencer marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Understanding and awareness of current and emerging social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Experience with Influencer and social management tools (Social Blade, TwitchTracker, LevelUp, etc.).
  • Experience with building relationships and managing difficult situations.
  • Strong analytical skill sets, including ability to objectively review metrics to reveal insights on the success of strategies and tactics.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentational skills. 
  • Understanding and awareness of the video game industry and its trends.
