  • Participation in the development of AAA-projects
  • Development and improvement of technologies to optimize artists’ work
  • Development of new and optimization of existing processes for the production of game maps and content
  • Search for solutions to optimize and increase performance
  • Creation of tools/scripts for 3DS Max/Maya.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in 3D graphics creation packages (Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush) and 2D graphics packages (Photoshop)
  • Experience with modern game engines
  • Understanding the complete process of 3D object creation in games
  • Understanding the technical limitations when creating content for game engines
  • Basic knowledge of composition and color
  • Knowledge of render technologies and shaders
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills
  • High efficiency, discipline, diligence
  • Quick learner skills and an ability to independently deal with new tasks.
