What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and control the product's financial performance
  • Formulate, elaborate, and implement hypotheses for retention, conversion, and LTV growth
  • Interact with the analytics department on behalf of the project team
  • Immerse yourself in the project and its goals, understand the problems of the target audience, and learn what they want
  • Collaborate with the product team (designers, producers) and adjust the direction of game development as needed
  • Conduct mobile game market research to identify successful solutions from competitors
  • Work with configs and balance to build economic models and identify balance weaknesses

What you need to succeed:

  • A data-driven mindset, focused on working with hypotheses, data, and gaining insights based on data
  • Experience working on a mobile project in the active operational phase
  • Experience with game configs (balance, economy)
  • Experience in product business modeling
  • Experience performing close collaboration with analysts (formulating hypotheses, specifications, monitoring and verifying results, ordering and working with dashboards)
  • Immersed in and interested in mobile games, particularly their operations and the market
  • A working style with creativity and independence
  • The ambition and desire to see your game at the top of the charts

Nice to have:

  • Experience working as a data analyst
  • Relevant education in mathematics, analytics, or economics
