Your Future role

Product Management

• Based on strategy, craft objectives and key results to deliver upon the business goals and strategy.

• In partnership with the Executive Producer develop and drive a multi-year game plan that focuses on growth and profitability

• Act as the product point of contact within the business in articulating purpose, value, metrics and targets
• Build, assess and enhance monetization efforts and business model design that lead to incremental and profitable growth.
• Leverage the Publishing team to drive user acquisition, retention and win-back, while ensuring appropriate levels of investment in order to maximize ROI.
• Leverage internal data and analytic resources to monitor game health and user attributes such as geographic origin, game mode preferences, tenure, payments and feature engagement to optimize performance and commercial impact.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to lead a cross-disciplinary game team (product management, production, marketing and business strategy)
• Demonstrated ability to grow a product or service by continuously seeking out and pursuing new opportunities.
• Ability to build strong partnerships, influence and partner with senior executives to drive change and results.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. An MBA or other graduate degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred.
• Very comfortable managing KPIs through analytics for live, long term engagement games
• Global Gaming Outlook: Strong familiarity with new technologies, trends and gaming strategies. Deep understanding of how you might translate this into significant strategies.
• Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
