What you’ll do:

  • Launch advertising campaigns on advertising networks: Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, IronSource, etc.
  • Analyze traffic, optimizing campaigns according to established KPIs, and scaling them
  • Find and test new project growth points
  • Communicate and collaborate with the product team to validate hypotheses
  • Develop and optimize testing strategies as well as analyze a large flow of creatives
  • Work on improving internal analytics systems for in-depth analysis of marketing funnels

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong expertise acquiring traffic for mobile games across various ad network channels (minimum 1 year of experience)
  • Ability to deeply analyze player behavior to develop project development strategies for performance marketing
  • Skill working with mobile tracking systems: AppsFlyer/Adjust, and an understanding of various attribution models

Nice to have:

  • Ability to work with Tableau
  • Experience interacting with influencers
  • Experience with product analytical tools: Amplitude, GameAnalytics
