What you will do:

  • Work on the pipelines and requirements for visual content, taking into account prospective platforms, work with the art team
  • Together with programmers, finalize and adjust rendering to the needs of the project
  • Develop non-standard visual content and systems (shader, post-processes, lighting, cameras, scripts for solving some visual tasks)
  • Control the performance of the visual part of the project (profiling, load testing)
  • Search and implement solutions to optimize the performance of the graphic part of the project
  • Participate in the creation of prototypes for gameplay and visual features
  • Assist in importing and setting up complex visual content in the Unity engine, develop tools for automating work with content
  • Carry out maintenance of technical documentation

What you need to succeed:

  • Confident skills in Unity3D
  • C# skills
  • Experience writing tools and plug-ins for Unity
  • Experience editing, developing shaders (knowledge of HLSL), including for mobile devices
  • Experience optimizing graphic content for mobile devices
  • Understanding the principles of rendering in real time and limitations on different platforms
  • Good command of several visual content development packages (3D Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Advanced communication skills, the ability to clearly convey information
