What you’ll do:

  • Manage the user support service to resolve payment-related issues
  • Connect and configure payment methods
  • Support accounting and reconciliations (data exports for reconciliations with counterparties, discrepancy resolution, project setup in the statistics service)
  • Interact with the support services of payment providers
  • Ensure functionality of the service (respond to incidents, monitor signals, troubleshoot issues in collaboration with system administrators, and operations)

What you need to succeed:

  • 3 years of experience in payment service support
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Possession of an advanced technical degree
