Your Future role

Animating and administrating social networks and discussion platforms: provide engaging content and comments, moderation, contests, forums, Steam, etc.
Partaking in video activities: this includes live streaming, miscellaneous videos, influencer streams, Q&As, etc.
Coordinate Social Media and Content planning with other departments to support game updates
Creating & maintaining a team of moderators and volunteers to help you cover all platforms
Building and empowering gamer communities, reaching out, forming good relationships with influencers
Analyzing user behavior and taking measures to correct trends
Keeping updated with social media tools, community building trends, and best practices for all supported platforms (and potential new ones)
Writing, proofreading, formatting, and editing site materials (including text and art content)
Collecting and processing information on bugs, errors and feedback, and reporting to stakeholders
Coordinating Community projects and Monitoring KPIs
Writing feedback reports and reviews on scheduled contests and events

Native English speaker, outstanding grammar and public speaking skills
Diploma in Communication/Marketing (or an equivalent) and/or successful experience in a related field
Proven track record of successful social-media based activities (streaming & video especially) and meaningful player interactions
Computer able to run MY.GAMES titles, stream and capture video content, and you’ll also need an HD webcam & microphone
Fast and reliable Internet access
Gamer profile with an expert understanding of the industry
Team player with a collaborative personality and a high level of self-organization
Demonstrable expertise on social media platforms and tools: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, TikTok, Steam Hubs, etc.
Knowledge of brand awareness, social media marketing principles and features
Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines, be fully available & reactive
